This policy explains when refunds are provided for Estavik subscriptions. Please read it before subscribing. If you have questions, contact us at hello@estavik.com before purchasing.

1Free Plan
The Free plan is completely free and has no subscription or payment. There is nothing to refund.
2Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the app under Settings - Subscription - Cancel Subscription
- After cancellation, your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual)
- After the billing period ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan
- Your data is preserved. No listings, customers, or history is deleted when you downgrade
- There are no cancellation fees or penalties for cancelling at any time
3Refund Eligibility
Eligible for full refund
- You are charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error
- You are charged after a confirmed cancellation (technical failure on our side)
- A feature that was working stops working completely due to a bug on our side, and we cannot fix it within 7 business days
Eligible for pro-rata refund (annual plans only)
- If you subscribed to an annual plan and request cancellation within the first 30 days of the annual subscription, we will refund the remaining months on a pro-rata basis, minus any GST already remitted
- Example: If you paid Rs.4,490 for Pro annual and cancel after 2 months, you receive a refund for the remaining 10 months at Rs.374/month = Rs.3,740 (minus GST already paid)
Not eligible for refund
- Monthly subscription payments after the billing period has started
- Annual subscriptions cancelled after 30 days from the start date
- Situations where you forgot to cancel before the next billing cycle
- Downgrading from one paid plan to another - no partial refund is given for the remaining period of the higher plan
- If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use
4How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@estavik.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your registered phone number, the date of the payment, and the reason for the refund request
- We will respond within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay
5Disputes
- If you believe a charge was incorrect, contact us first at hello@estavik.com before raising a dispute with your bank or Razorpay
- We resolve billing disputes fairly and promptly
6GST on Refunds
All refunds exclude GST that has already been remitted to the government. The refunded amount will be the base price minus applicable GST, as per Indian GST regulations.
