1Getting Started

Estavik is a property management app built for real estate mediators and brokers across India. It helps you manage listings, share properties with customers and co-brokers on WhatsApp, track commissions, and keep owner contacts completely private - all from your phone. It works in Tamil, English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.

Estavik is built for property mediators, brokers, and real estate agents across India. Whether you handle residential properties in Chennai, commercial properties in Bengaluru, agricultural land in rural Tamil Nadu, or plots in Hyderabad - Estavik is designed for your daily workflow. It works for solo mediators, small teams, and growing agencies.

Yes. Estavik is free to download and start. The Free plan gives you 5 property listings, 3 photos per listing, customer share links, and 3 Estavik AI queries per month - at no cost and with no credit card required. Paid plans start at Rs.249 per month for more listings and advanced features.

Estavik works across India. While it started in Tamil Nadu, it is built for mediators in all states. It supports 5 languages - Tamil, English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada - so mediators in Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, and all other states can use it comfortably in their preferred language.

Estavik is currently available on Android only. The iPhone (iOS) version is under development and will be released soon. You can download the Android app from Google Play now. We will notify you when the iPhone version launches.

2Privacy and Security

Yes, 100%. When you add a property, the owner's name, phone number, address, and bottom price go into a locked private vault that is visible only to you. When you generate a share link for a customer or another mediator, the system strips all vault data before creating the link. There is no way for anyone to see the owner's contact through any share link, portfolio page, or staff view. This is enforced at the database level - not just on the screen.

No. Staff members can see the public details of listings you assign to them - type, price, area, photos, description - but they cannot see owner contacts, bottom price, or internal notes. The vault is protected even from your own staff. If a staff member needs the owner's contact for a specific listing, they must request vault access, and you as the owner approve it for a limited time window.

Yes. Your data is stored on Supabase - a secure, enterprise-grade database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Vault data is additionally protected with row-level security policies that only allow your own account to read it. Photos and documents are stored on Cloudflare R2 with signed access URLs. Estavik never sells or shares your data with third parties.

Yes. Estavik is offline-first. All your listings, customers, and tasks are stored on your device. You can add listings, view customers, record follow-ups, and manage your business without any internet connection. This is especially useful when visiting remote agricultural land or areas with weak signal. Data syncs automatically when you reconnect.

3Estavik AI

When you receive a property description on WhatsApp - from an owner, colleague, or another mediator - you can share it directly to Estavik using the WhatsApp share button. The AI reads the message and automatically fills in all the property fields: type, price, area, size, facing, number of rooms, and more. If the message contains an owner's phone number, the AI routes it directly to the private vault - not to the public listing.

Yes. The AI understands Tamil, Tanglish (Tamil written in English letters), and Hindi in addition to English. It also understands Indian property terminology - cents, grounds, guntas, lakhs, crores - and regional area names. For example, you can type "3 cent veettu thidal Anna Nagar Nagercoil" and it will correctly identify the type, size, and location.

Instead of typing property details, you can tap the microphone icon and speak the details aloud. The AI converts your speech to text and fills the property form. This is useful when you are on a site visit and cannot type - you can just speak the details while walking around the property and the AI handles the data entry.

Free plan: 3 text queries per month. Basic plan: 50 text queries per month. Pro plan: 200 text queries and 30 voice queries per month. Platinum plan: 500 text queries and 100 voice queries per month. One query is one property parsing request, whether from WhatsApp text or voice input.

4Sharing and Commission

When you tap Share on any listing, Estavik generates a clean web link. The link opens a property page that shows the public details - photos, price, area, description - and your contact number so the customer can call or WhatsApp you directly. The owner's contact is never included. Photos are watermarked with your name or business name. You can set an expiry time on the link.

When you share a listing with another mediator, you can set a commission split - for example, 70% for you and 30% for them. The other mediator must read your terms and tap "I Agree" before they can see any property details. The agreement is timestamped with the date and time, stored permanently, and cannot be altered after they agree. If a commission dispute comes up later, you have a written record of exactly what was agreed and when.

Yes. Use the Bulk Catalog feature to select multiple listings and generate a single catalog link. The customer or mediator opens one link and can browse all the properties you have selected. You can set commission terms for the entire catalog, or set different commission percentages per property within the same catalog.

Yes. Go to Share Links in the app and you can deactivate any link instantly. Once deactivated, anyone who opens that link will see a message that the link is no longer active. This is useful if a property is sold or if you no longer want a customer or mediator to access it.

5Plans and Pricing

Free plan: Rs.0 forever. Basic plan: Rs.249 per month (Rs.2,490 per year). Pro plan: Rs.449 per month (Rs.4,490 per year). Platinum plan: Rs.999 per month (Rs.9,990 per year). All prices are before GST. An additional 18% GST applies, making the total Rs.294, Rs.530, and Rs.1,179 per month respectively for paid plans.

Free: 5 listings. Basic: 25 listings. Pro: 100 listings. Platinum: Unlimited listings. If you reach your limit, you can upgrade your plan or delete old listings to make room. Your existing data is always preserved when you upgrade or downgrade.

Yes. Upgrade anytime from Settings - Subscription inside the app. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no penalties or cancellation fees. Your data is never deleted when you downgrade - you only lose access to features above your new plan limit.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. You can pay using UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), debit card, credit card, or net banking. All major Indian banks are supported. A GST invoice is provided for all paid plans with GSTIN: 33BMVPA2143N2ZV.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period starts. Annual plans can be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days of the annual subscription. If you were charged twice due to a technical error, you are entitled to a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6Teams and Staff

Yes. From Basic plan onwards, you can add staff mediators to your account. You assign listings to staff, they can manage those listings and add customers, but they cannot see owner vault data, bottom price, or internal notes. This protects your most sensitive business information even from your own team members.

Basic plan: 1 staff member. Pro plan: 3 staff members. Platinum plan: 10 staff members. Each staff member has their own login using their own phone number. They see only the listings assigned to them and their own customers, not your full account.

Staff can: view listings assigned to them, add photos to assigned listings, manage customers, create follow-up tasks, and generate share links. Staff cannot: see owner vault data or bottom price, change listing status, delete listings, edit listing details, or access commission data. If they need vault access for a specific listing, they send a request to the account owner who approves it with a time limit.

7Language and Accessibility

Estavik supports 5 languages: Tamil (தமிழ்), English, Hindi (हिन्दी), Malayalam (മലയാളം), and Kannada (ಕನ್ನಡ). You can switch language anytime from Settings. The entire app interface changes to your selected language. The AI parser also understands Tamil and Tanglish property descriptions in addition to English and Hindi.

Open the app, go to Settings (bottom right tab), and tap Language. Select your preferred language from the list. The change takes effect immediately - no restart needed. All screens, buttons, and labels will switch to your selected language.

8Support and Help

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Report a Problem" at the bottom. Choose the type of issue - App Bug, Billing, Data, or Feedback - write your subject and description, and submit. Your ticket goes directly to the Estavik team. You can track the status and see our reply inside the app under Settings - Your Complaints.
